Prescription refills

If you need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider at Novant Health Southeast OB/GYN, call your pharmacy when you have at least a three-day supply of your medication left. This will give your pharmacy time to fill your prescription or call our office if permission is needed. Calling our office instead of your pharmacy will only delay this process.

Our office does not handle medication refills after office hours or on weekends.

Tell your pharmacy and our office if you are having trouble taking your medication or keeping it down.
