ACOG logoThe American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is committed to providing quality health care to women and to improving that care nationwide. ACOG encourages continuing education and commitment to advancing technologies for its member physicians. Its website offers resources for patients including information about gynecologic procedures, birth control, hormone therapy and gynecologic problems.

The American Pregnancy Association offers comprehensive information about pregnancy, including fertility and development week-by-week. The site includes an ovulation calculator and newsletters for expectant parents.

Babycenter logoBabycenter is an online community offering information about getting pregnant, pregnancy and caring for your new addition. There are also message boards and groups for new and expectant parents to join the conversation.

Mirena is intrauterine birth control that lasts up to five years. This site offers information about the process of placing the device as well as potential side effects.

Novasure is a 5-minute procedure offered in our office that can reduce or end heavy periods. Use this site to learn about the benefits of this one-time procedure.

Paragard is hormone-free birth control. It can be placed in our office during a quick procedure, and can be removed whenever you want.
