To schedule an appointment with a provider in our office:

• Call us at 704-321-1077 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Schedule an appointment via MyChart. Only established patients can schedule appointments online.

We make every effort to offer same-day appointments to patients with acute care needs. Please tell us when you call that you would like to be seen quickly.
