Free pregnancy classes

Novant Health Southeast OB/GYN offers free pregnancy classes. This class is a wonderful way to begin your pregnancy journey whether you are planning to become pregnant or are in your first trimester of pregnancy. This one-session 2.5 hour class will cover preconception health, nutrition and exercise for a healthy pregnancy, physical and emotional changes ahead, monthly fetal development, common discomforts of pregnancy and so much more.
